nevyhovující pracovní doba,nepravidelné dodávky zboží na obchod,složitá uzávěrka obchodu ve večerních hodinách

Děkujeme za Váš komentář. Při náboru je každý nový zaměstnanec informován na celodenní směny, protože naše prodejny jsou převažne v nákupních centrech. Neplánujeme směnu například od pondělí do pátku od 8 do 16 hod., nebo tzv. krátký dlouhý týden. Směny jsou u nás plánované podle potřeby provozu prodejny vsouladu všech ustanovení zákoníkem práce.
