Je to jednoduchá práce, zároveň také naučí vetšinu prvků práce s obchodem díky různorodosti denní náplně práce.
Vedení každých pár dní mění rozhraní prodejny a posílají velký přebytek zboží které se nikam nevejde. Zboží kterého je naopak málo neposílají skoro vůbec. V obchodě den co den běží cca 10-15 písniček které po chvilce začnou lézt na nervy. Bohužel kariéra v PEPCO je téměř nemožná pro mladého člověka; Nastoupíte na plný nebo tříčtvrteční úvazek který vám po zkušební lhůtě hned seberou. Pak děláte to samé co by jste dělal/a normálně ale za menší peníze a méněkrát do měsíce. K tomu ještě příjdete o nárok na stravenky. Za tu mikro výplatu to opravdu nestojí.
Varied work
V práci se staráte o zákaznický servis a obsluhu pokladny, také ale vystavujete zboží a pracujete se skladem. V denní náplni je i kosmetika prodejny, ranní a večerní úklid a sobotní údržba.

Smlouva na DPČ byla možná Férový přístup vedení Velmi dobře zaučení na prodejně Transparentní systém Férová odměna za práci na DPČ Možnost zaměstnanecké slevy i pro brigádníky Pepco hodnoty jsou v souladu s těmi mými Široký výběr zboží pro klienty i zaměstnance Uniforma - 2x tričko a vesta pro brigádníky
Škoda ze jako brigádník nemám nárok na stravenky, ale to je minimální překážka

Pružná pracovní doba. S kolegy a šéfem se vždy můžete dohodnout, zda potřebujete změnit směny. Zaměstnanci mají v obchodě slevy na výrobky
Je těžké si zvyknout na jedenáctihodinovou pracovní dobu.
