Vzali mě na úplně jinou pozici než nakonec byla náplň práce. Vedení bylo jen direktivní a lidi ve firmě velmi nespokojeni. Denně docházelo všeobecně u všech k velkým konfliktům.

Každá zkušenost je dobrá. Prošla jsem několika pozicemi a měla možnost se naučit nové jednání a poznatky. Na druhé straně to bylo vyváženo pracovní dobou cca 250 hodin měsíčně, sledováním (pomocí kamer) každého slova ze strany zaměstnavatele a to i mezi kolegy, nemožností zařídit cokoli soukromého, včetně telefonu. Obrovského stresového zatížení. Mezi kolegy došlo i ke zhroucení pod tlakem a následnému vyhoření. Obrovský tlak na výkon, práce o víkendech, pracovní doba do půlnoci není výjimkou.
