The company is clearly on a mission to disrupt the pricing space and is making a significant impact in the right direction. Winning business; awards and recognition from some of the biggest names in the industry. The people understand the strategy, and where roles are aligned, results are evident. The office space is beautiful, with loads of regular events and groups to get involved in.

It's what you make of it. It's a great company filled with people who collaborate well and very little siloed thinking.

The people and culture are great. The product is constantly innovating which means there's always something new to work on.

I think it's quite a male-dominated environment. It would be nice to see more women in managerial positions.

Fast, Flexible and Friendly. The Overall hiring process was Fast, Flexible to accommodate my schedule and Friendly during the entire process. During the interview, I was asked reviewed on industry experience rather than standard interview question, which I feel is very good.

I am very happy to be a part of the family. And it's true: for the first day you will be a part of a family, not only an employer. Happy to be here.

Maybe can be useful to review training for newcomers, but in my case we have adjusted it on the fly.
