Možnost skloubit soukromý a pracovní život, skvělé místo pro maminky s malými dětmi- dle domluvy je možný HO nebo flexibilní pracovní doba. Pěkné kanceláře v centru Prahy. Pokud jste šikovní, dají se vydělat velmi hezké peníze.
Velký problém Antalu jsou neustálé změny- jednou jsou povolené homeoffice, druhý den jsou zakázané. Jeden rok jsou nádherné teambuildingy, další rok není žádný. Jeden týden se propouští schopní lidé, další týden se hledají noví. Vedení je v Polsku, česká pobočka nemá prakticky žádné pravomoce. Lidé jsou unavení a vyhořelí. Každý den v kanceláři je překvapení, málokdy pozitivní.

Skvělý tým, který se vzájemně podporuje. Důvěra ze strany vedení. Dobrá příležitost pro začínající i zkušené kolegy - možnost rychlého kariérního a finančního růstu. Mezinárodní podpora ostatních poboček. Výborné zázemí a benefity. Pravidelné teambuildingy, branche atd.

Flexibilní pracovní doba, možnost HO 2 dny v týdnu, moderní kanceláře v centru Prahy s dobrou dopravní dostupností, příjemné pracovní prostředí a podporující tým, se kterými sdílíme vše; po změně vedení se atmosféra výrazně zlepšila, pravidelné schůzky a spolupráce s mateřskou společností; teambuildingy, společné obědy a brunche

Dobrý kolektiv/netoxické prostředí, svoboda v organizaci a výběru práce, flexibilita, dobrá bonusová struktura, pravidelné teambuildingy :)
