Velice dobrý vztah s dispečerem a tudíž i možnost plánování osobního volna. Celkově vynikající spolupráce s celým vedením firmy, včetně personálního oddělení. Muchy se občas oběvý, ale to je všude.
Občas s přístupem některých kolegů k práci, což někdy zásadně ovlivňuje i mou práci. Pak dochází někdy ke zcela zbytečně vyhroceným situacím.

Zajímavá práce, která rozhodně nenudí. Platové ohodnocení nadstandardní pokud nepočítám koronavirové období ( teď to je bohužel bída ale to ve všech zájezdových dopravců apod.). Zázemí je také dobré, ubytování na hotelech, bytech nebo domech. Na dost vysoké úrovni hlavně ty hotely kde cena za noc je 2800 za dvou lůžkový pokoj a víc. Zatím bych neměnil.
Asi bych nic přímo nenašel. Z počátku asi střídání kolegů než jsem našel stabilního parťáka. A při začátku korony méně směn, při uzavření hranic žádné směny a při lockdawnu také žádné, ale jak jsem již říkal takhle na tom byl každý a je každý kdo jezdí u dálkových nebo mezinárodních společností.
