Příjemné pracovní prostředí, bezva kolektiv normálních lidí žádných ambiciózních kariéristů, pružná prac.doba, pro vybrané i možnost homeofficu, v blízkém centru města.
Bohužel velmi zkostnatělé vedení, udržují si stabilní kolektiv letitých kolegů(20 let), a nováčkum moc prostoru nedávají, natož v inovací těžce zajetých kolejí. Fluktuace lidí je dle mě jen z řad nováčků nikoliv stávajícího kolektivu. Firmě by velmi prospěl svěží vítr a modernizace vnitřních procesů a více důvěřovat. S tím souvisí tragických 20 dnů dovolený a absolutně žádný benefity,stravenky nepočítám.
