Práce na zajímavých a celostátně využívaných projektech. Možnost promluvit do toho, jak se bude práce dělat. Na státní sektor úctyhodná progresivita.
Často se klade důraz na zbytečnosti (jednoúčelnost, kvantita) a ty důležité věci (udržitelnost, znovupoužitelnost) jsou přehlíženy. Občasná byrokracie a stagnace procesů.

Opravdu smysluplná práce, vzdělaný kolektiv, možnost pracovat na národních i mezinárodních projektech.
zbytečná byrokracie, nízké mzdové ohodnocení za zodpovědnost a za požadovanou kvalifikaci.
