Ve firmě se člověk něco naučí. Nadřízení jsou otevření novým nápadům. Nadřízený je gentleman.
Nedostatek personálu asi jako všude :(

Protože se lidé v této firmě neustále setkávají s novými zkušenostmi a každý den přináší nové zážitky. Člověk se tu neustále učí novým věcem ať už v oboru cistirenstvi nebo v obsluze zákazníků

Naučil jsem se, že tohle tímto způsobem nechci dělat.
Přístup k zaměstnancům a maskování systémových chyb. Práci některých spolupracovníků, kteří by mohli vylepšit svůj charakter.
