Celkově se vším,ale jelikož je firma prodaná a není to už Mitas a.s. ale Trelleborg tak se vše změnilo.
Postupem času s kolektivem a tak nějak celkově po prodání,nemá to tam budoucnost.

I v dobách, kdy firma měla finanční potíže, byla výplata vždy včas na účtu. Na všech místech ve firmě, která jsem za 25 let vyzkoušel, nebyl problém volna (lékař, školka apod.) a jeho napracování, přehození směn, dovolené atd.
Určitě vázne informovanost "obyčejných" lidí o dění ve firmě, což dost vadí zvlášť v době integrace do struktur nového majitele. Nebylo by od věci přidat na mzdách, kdysi zde byly nadstandardní. Odbory v Praze také nefungují, jak bychom si představovali.

Vzhledem k tomu že firma byla koupena jiným vlastníkem v ČR je zbytečné dál rozvádět.
