V době, kdy se jednalo o Pojišťovnu české spořitelny, byl to skvělý zaměstnavatel. Včetně jednání a ohodnocení zaměstnanců. Výborné benefity a možnosti. Nyní se jedná o Kooperativu (fúze). V době sloučení jsem ve společnosti již nepracovala a nedokáži říci, jaké je to tam teď.
Postup - myslím kariérní, zde byl velmi složitý. Lidé na pozici nastoupí a jsou na ní většinou až do důchodu. Není tedy moc možné v rámci firmy postoupit na vyšší pozice.

Zajímavé benefity. Finanční ohodnocení. Dostupnost pracoviště.
Spolupráci s některými kolegy, kteří se nesnažili moc pomoci a spolupracovat.

možnost říct svůj názor - otevřenost snaha vyjít vstříc ze strany zaměstnavatele flexibilita v práci možnosti kariérního růstu vzdělávání zaměstnanců
S tím, že Pojišťovna České spořitelny bude od 1.1.2019 Kooperativa. :-(
