Pri mem nastupu vubec nerozporovali vysi platu. Na druhou stranu jsem nastupoval na seniorni pozici, ktera s sebou nesla pomerne dost zodpovednosti a zkusenosti. Nasledne vsak pri rozhovoru o navyseni platu po dvou letech se automaticky vyjadrili negativne, naproti tomu, ze s moji praci byli spokojeni.
