Klasický korporátní systém. Proaktivitou, ochotou a pracovitostí neprorazíte. Jen dostanete více práce a měl byste byt vděčný.

Nerozvíjející se práce Nízká mzda Některé akce jen pro vybrané Chybí mi více možnost využít cizí jazyky Mám pocit, že tu zakrním
Pleasant work environment
Čisté prostory, není to open space, ale jednotlivé kanceláře, bez klimatizace, v centru města, ale na klidném místě. Firma poskytuje kvalitní odpovídající vybavení včetně kávy, čaje. Nedá se říct, že by na vybavení šetřila.

Možnost hodně se naučit, vypracovat, skvělý kolegové, kteří pomůžou a nepodrazí
Chybí mi čas pro sebe. 90% svého času věnuji zaměstnavateli.
Opportunity to learn new things
Cca 50% zamestnancu jsou mladi lide s malou nebo nulovou praxi. U spolecnosti dostanou moznost zpracovavat samostatne vybrane portfolio klientu, ktere je rozmanite a jedinecne.
Flexible working hours
Zamestnanec neni hlidan ani omezovan. Ukoly, ktere plni vyplyvaji z potreb klientskeho portfolia, ktere zpracovava.
