Já ani nevím. Nemyslím si že bylo něco tak extra, abych si toho cenil. Tedy pokud to není to, že mně zaměstnali.
Rozhodně by se neměli zbavovat lidí kteří mají tuhle tvrdou práci rádi a patřičně je ohodnotit a nepovyšovat blbce, kteří si nevidí na špičku nosu a myslí si jak jsou úžasní a nenahraditelní.

Placených obědů při inventuře pro všechna a 80 kč stravenky za každý odpracovaný den.
Rozhodně lépe ohodnocovat lidi co něco umí a ne podle toho jak je kdo s kým kamarád. Dále dávat vyšší pozice lidem, kteří tomu rozumí a kteří ví co je pro chod nejlepší a ne lidem, kteří když se blbě vyspí nedostanete ani lepící pásku a když ano tak s omíláním toho další měsíc.. A co dál, což je možná to nejhorší - shazováni viny na někoho, kdo za to absolutně nemůže.
