Né příliš dobrý kolektiv, žádná motivace od nadřízených, nespravedlivé jednání.

Společnost se neustále rozvíjí, práce není nijak obtížná, a ten kdo chce pracovat si ve firmě místo určitě najde.
Nízké platové ohodnocení.
Security and stability
V této době je to velmi těžké. Jistý si v dnes nejsme v ničem. Stabilita firmy je pouze v daném produktu. Jinak žádná inovace, žádný kariérní postup.
Opportunity to learn new things
Pro nového zaměstnance je výroba nová. Jinak je práce stereotypní. Pozitivní je, že to není pásová výroba.

práce nebyla těžká, s kolegy se vycházelo dobře,bohužel zaměstnavatel přešel na agenturní zaměstnance
