Výborná atmosféra v kolektivu. Jistota práce do budoucna. Umí ocenit proaktivitu.
Dlouhé rozhodování ve všech oblastech, které vede k prodlevám v projektech. Příliš mnoho manažerů = složitá jednání.

Benefity,stravenky bez doplatku,placené přesčasy,výplata vćas
Propouštění lidí a nabírání nových, mnoho administrativních pracovníků a vedoucích, málo lidí na práci. Nadřízení , nechávají neschopné lidi , kteří mají problémy s pracovní morálkou a na druhé straně , ze dne na den propustí lidi , kteří dělají .

Nabizi pekne benefity Neuznava prescasy, respektuje cas zamestnancu po pracovni dobe.
Nevyvazenost pracovniho vytizeni v oddelenich....ne vzdy je resena zastupitelnost lidi. Zbytecne moc pracovniku na manazerskych pozicich.

- nebýt papežtější než papež - více vzdorovat vůči německým kolegům, nenechat si od nich všechno líbit - zavést sick days - docházka počítaná po 5ti minutách (ne po 15) - větší zájem o zaměstnance - lepší podpora zaškolení a školení
