Oceňuji doposud výhodný systém směnového harmonogramu a příplatky za směny. Zlepšil jsem se v práci rukama.
,Vadí mi způsob, kterým vedení firmy zasahuje do fungujících aspektů práce lidí ve výrobním segmentu. Změnil bych konsenzus, dle kterého lidem ve výrobě neumožní postoupit na pozici v administrativě, ačkoli splňuje požadavky a má o ni zájem. Špatná součinnost odborové organizace se zaměstnanci.

Naprosto jedinečný měsíční harmonogram služeb a jeho stálost: lze plánovat své volno dlouho dopředu.
Nečinnost odborové organizace. Nevyhovující inventář místnosti pro povinnou přestávku v práci.

- maximální snaha v oblasti BOZP - znatelné zlepšení v oblasti komunikace a přístupu k informacím - dobré platové podmínky
