S bezva kolegy :-) a přátelskou atmosférou
Přílišná benevolence. Začít používat pochvaly, pokud je odvedená vynikající práce, umět vytknout nedostatky, pokud je něco provedeno jinak než mělo. Nepřecházet bez odezvy prohřešky, víc komunikovat.
