Benefity (kromě stravenek a 5 týdnů dovolené nic), hrozné podmínky pro práci, nedůvěra co nemáte písemně tomu nevěřte že firma dodrží (odměny atd.), zrušení dog friendly Office, samé požadavky od nadřízených stěžující práci. Morálka. Jistota zaměstnání.

Zaměstnavatelé by se měli více zajímat o výsledky práce některých úseků nebo zaměstnanců a více ocenit jejich úspěchy nebo dobře odvedenou práci.

Včasná mzda a vždy v termínu odvody z mezd. Ochota vyslechnout zaměstnance. Nevyžadování přesčasů a konečně se nehodnotí lidé podle přesčasů, ale podle odvedené práce.
Posílit servery. Udržet tady na dlouhou dobu a ne jen vždy rok, metodika-procesáře-IT-analytika, který by měl možnost automatizace a spolupracoval by se všemi. Na vánoce dát všem volno.

Hodně se to tady zlepšilo. Máme firemní akce, ovoce, dobré občerstvení, grilovačky, večírky, dovolenou navíc, každý rok se zvyšuje mzda.
