Možnost zahraničních akcí. Možnost mírného osobního rozvoje směrem vzhůru.

Firma nedokáže docenit čas zaměstnance. Vedení upředňostňuje loajálnější členy. Pracovní výkon není hodnocen objektivně. Protekce na denním pořádku. Finanční podmínky tragické, na úkor zaměstnanců se výrazně obohacuje vedení.
