Lidé já vám poradím rádce tam ne choďte , tam hodně navezli Ukrajinců který nechtěli učit mluvit a tam hodně praci a platí málo , tam hodně lidé odešli
Tam potseba větší platit a cenit pracovníků kteří umějí to dělat ,všude zvedají platů a tam ne , tam tet platů stojí za prd

Těžko hodnotiti všechny pozice, na postu mistra se zde pracuje dobře, tým lidi si naučíte a pak vedete. Italské vedení je trochu chaotické ale dá se na to zvyknout. Platové podmínky jsou horší ( v textilu je malá přidaná hodnota), ale zase se člověk nepředře. Velká škála různých benefitů.
