Jsem velice spokojena s přístupen jak nadřízených, tak celkově s přístupem UCT k zaměstnancům. Vážím si uvolněné atmosféry na pracovišti a o to lépe se mi pracuje a ráda do práce chodím.

Nic zásadního mě nenapadá.

se svým nadřízeným s charakterem práce s pracovní dobou s férovým jednáním

aktuálně ne moc reprezentativní výrobní prostory, ale to se do pár týdnů po přestěhování do nové haly změní

Firemní kultura, flexibilní pracovní doba u THP pozic, přátelský kolektiv.
