Čisté pracovní prostředí .Důraz na bezpečnost.
Firma klade důraz na dobrou pověst a chce být nejlepším zaměstnavatelem , přitom na manažerských pozicích zaměstnává hloupé lidí bez základních manažerských, právních ,logických znalostí a dovedností.
Order and rules
Silný důraz na bezpečnost.Procesy ve skladu mají jasný systém.Ve skladu je cca 5 základních operací,které je nutné se postupně naučit.Scopný člověk je schopen plně samostatné práce po1/2 roce až roce.

Mohl jsme si udělat práci podle sebe ale výsledek musel být stejný.Velice ddobrý kolektiv.Kariérní růst.Negativa-Pracovní doba 8-16:00

Každodenní výzva vymyslet usnadnění práce.Vysoká pečlivost na materiál.Fyzicky náročná práce na velkých dílech od autobaterií až po střechu.Na malých dílech několik kilometrů chůze denně.
Security and stability
Vždy včas výplata na účtě.Dobré zázemí,dobrý kolektiv aspoň za mého působení to tak bylo.Bezpečnost na prvním místě,takže je minimální riziko vzniku úrazu.
