pratelska atmosfera, cizinci, otevrenaa neformalni komunikacie managementu k zamestnancum, smysluplna prace, vysledek je hned videt
horsi vybavenost sluzbami v okoli, coz se ale vzhledem ke kladum firmy se da prezit a s novou vystavbou v okoli se mozna zmeni
