Férovost a čestnost firmy - firemní kultura. Vztahy v oddělení a v týmu. Drží se zde slovo. Arogance je důvod pro ukončení spolupráce - to se mi líbí. Výkonová firma - oceňuje se výkon - když více dělám, více mám.

Morální hodnoty majitele, skvělý tým.
Je to časově náročná práce. Na druhou stranu ten výdělek je nadstandardní. Je to ve Vašich rukou.
