Již od výběrového řízení a onboardingu mě ohromily vysoké pracovní standardy a profesionalita, což se mi v praxi potvrzuje každý den. Velmi oceňuji, jak firma v náročném prostředí realit dokáže najít rovnováhu mezi byznysem, potřebami klientů a work-life balance zaměstnanců. Jsem moc ráda, že mohu být součástí tohoto týmu.
Jelikož jsem teprve na začátku své cesty, nemohu zatím plně hodnotit výdělky, ale naprostá transparentnost a férovost systému ve mně vzbuzují velký respekt. Jsem moc ráda, že mohu být součástí tohoto týmu.

Naprosto doporučuji. Tým je skvělý, vedení má férový přístup, komunikuje , firma nabízí štědré bonusy závislé na výsledcích, . Je to práce, která dává smysl a kde vidíte reálný dopad své činnosti. Možnost dalšího vzdělávání a pravidelná školení

Oceňuji spolehlivost a celkový přístup ke klientům Engel Volkers. Kvalitní a potřebné školení. Dobrý pracovní kolektiv.

Férovost a čestnost firmy - firemní kultura. Vztahy v oddělení a v týmu. Drží se zde slovo. Arogance je důvod pro ukončení spolupráce - to se mi líbí. Výkonová firma - oceňuje se výkon - když více dělám, více mám.
časová náročnost a angažovanost - dělám si to ale sám :)
