příjemné prostředí, dobrý kolektiv
vadí mi současná přímá nadřízená a tudíž špatná atmosféra mezi lidmi

Osobní přístup lidí z vyšších pozic, přátelská domluva na čemkoliv. Někdy s trochou humoru.♥ Je velmi příjemné že pochvaly za práci jsou i z očí do očí. Příjemné prostředí viz. 5S :) Stravenky a možnost benefitů super. Oceňuji i možné účasti na meetingu a školení. Velmi příjemná atmosféra ♥ Všichni s úsměvem :) Ještě se mi nestalo že by na mě kdokoliv z nadřízených zvedl hlas i když se něco udělalo špatně. (profesionální přistup, super) Těším se až zažiju společně se všemi nějakou firemní akci.:)
Chtělo by to více zaměstnanců ať mají čas opravdu dělat svojí práci na 100% a nejsou ve stresu. Odvětrávání nad větší stroje někdy opravdu vypadají velmi nebezpečné výpary. V létě klimatizaci nebo možnost na častější přestávky. příplatky za pracování ve ztížených podmínkách (výpary, teplota nad/pod 22°) Zásoby rukavic ať jim to nikdy nechybí, lidé pak mají rozpraskané prsty od teplých kusů. :(
