Mezi pozitiva patří neformální prostředí, poměrně flexibilní pracovní doba, na hodně věcech se dá domluvit s kolegy. Můžete si vydělat poměrně dobré peníze a firma je dog-friendly.

Jakkoli je neformální prostředí rodinné firmy fajn, přináší s sebou i negativa. Lidé jsou často oceňováni, případně povyšováni, spíš na základě rodinné příslušnosti nebo vztahu s nadřízenými, než podle toho, jakou odvádějí práci. Vedení moc neumí pochválit a obecně komunikovat. Pokud máte rádi upřímnou, otevřenou komunikaci a pozitivní atmosféru, možná budete zklamaní. Kdo to ale dokáže neřešit a dělat si svou práci bez ohledu na ostatní, asi může být spokojený.
