Chovají se jako lidé ne jako někdo nadřazený. Je možné se s nimi domluvit skoro na všem.
Snížit množství vyplňovaných dokumentů, které stejně nikdo nečte (stanovení si cílů, sebehodnocení, možnosti sebe zlepšení,...).

Příležitost pro absolventy bez praxe. Na druhou stranu jsou bohužel vhozeni na velké bankovní projekty, kde je nutné mít zkušeného team leadera/projekťáka, aby se vyvážila nezkušenost absolventnů. Těchto zkušených lidí je v Capgemini pomálu.
Více se zajímat o své juniory a dohlížet, zda team leader plní svojí roli.
