V mmcite je dulezity osobni kontakt. Prestoze se snazime pozadavky resit pres system, vsichni stejne nejradsi prijdou a osobne to proberou.
Dodrzovani smluveneho postupu. Vice veci zautomatizovat, aby s tim nebyla takova rezie.
