Tato práce mě nebyla nijak přínosem naopak mne velice omezovala v osobním životě, pracovně vyčerpávala, málo finančně ohodnocena, benefity nijak zázračné,spatna komunikace s lidma.

Práce není špatná, ale ty směny jsou hrozne. Člověk nemá čas na svůj osobní život. Navíc nedokážou pochopit že lidi nejsou stroje ale pouze jen lidi.

Benefitů je celá řada, využívám maximálně. Vyhovuje mi i 12-ti hodinový směnový režim a práce není jednotvárná. Jen je potřeba nebýt "šnek" a mít zájem. Za mě: neměnila bych.Jsem tam dobrovolně i mimo dané směny a práce mě zcela naplňuje.
Změnila bych pár jedinců "zaměstnanců" s vedoucími funkcemi a firma by již neměla ani nouzi o nové zaměstnance.
