Slušné benefity, výhled stálé práce, cenné kontakty na kolegy z jiných klinik, výhodnější pozice při řešení svých zdrav. problémů jinými kolegy
Prakticky nemožnost poradit se v odb. záležitostech se svou vedoucí oddělení Nedostatečný počet zkušených kolegů na oddělení Katastrofální prac. prostředí - někdy až 23 osob na pracovišti v jednom výukovém sále !!!!!!! , běžně 10 - 12
