Smysluplná náplň práce, inspirativní prostředí a práce mezi uznávanými osobnostmi a kapacitami.
Jde o státní instituci, procesy jsou tedy extrémně pomalé, zdlouhavé schvalování čehokoliv, místy zkostnatělost, neschopnost pohnout se z místa.
