Cítím důvěru a mohu aplikovat své zkušenosti zde ve Ferrattu prakticky bez překážek, což mi vyhovuje.
Trochu vázne sdílení informací akomunikace, ale i na tom se už pracuje a je to každým měsícem lepší a lepší.

Stabilní práce, nikdy nebyl problém s výplatním termínem.
Zavedení norem dle kterých vám mohou snížit osobní ohodnocení a i krátit odpracované hodiny.
