Svobodu v práci
Pokrytecká společnost, které šlo vždy o peníze. Přeorganizovaná a lehce byrokratická. Neustále nové firemní programy, které bohužel nevedly k progresy a k lepším a snadnějším pracovním postupům.
Flexible working hours
Pevná pracovní doba není určena, takže není nutno, abyste byli od 8 do 16 hod v kanceláři nebo na home office. Je nutno však plnit své povinnosti, požadavky firmy a základní časová rámec pracovní doby. V tomto směru vycházela společnost Alfa Laval vstříc svým zaměstnancům.

Společnost Alfa Laval umožňuje kariérní postup, pokud jste dostatečně ambiciózní, flexibilní, dynamický a tvárný. Samozřejmě musíte mít znalosti angličtiny, nějaké odborné znalosti a nebýt úplně hloupý. Také nesmíte do všeho, co nejde tak, jak by mělo, moc kecat a kritizovat.
