Vždy, záleží na jaké židli sedíte...také je rozdíl mezi služebním a pracovním poměrem. Je rozdíl být obcan nebo kapitan.....Nerozhoduje jak je člověk schopný....ale kdo je jeho příbuzný či znamy....Obecně toto pravidlo platí hodně ve státním sektoru...
plat u občanských zaměstnanců je nízký, samozřejmě se to týká referentskych pozic. (obecně platí ve státním sektoru) jasně dané tabulky dle nařízení vlády. Komu se to nelíbí může jít do soukrome firmy, kde Vás stáhnou z kůže.....
