Stabilní příjem, benefity
Ze strany vedení je vyvíjen extrémní tlak na zvyšování obratu. Člověk si občas připadal, jako v nadnárodním korporátu.

Vhodné pro nováčky, super šéf, zajímavé benefity (ne všichni využijí)
Nebyl kladen důraz na rozvoj odborných znalostí, zbytečně složitý systém v porovnání s konkurencí, neochota řešit některé problémy a výmluvy proč něco nejde.
