Chybí zdravá personální politika firmy. Dělají velke náborové kampaně , ale jak vás získají , prestavate je jako zaměstnanec zajímat. Zaměstnance střídají jak součástky.

No overtime
Pokud se jedná o dělnické profese, tak přesčasy jsou možné, ale až pokud je pracovník samostatný. Ohledně vedoucích pozic se přesčas neplatí, ale může se vybrat jako náhradní volno.

Příšerné chování od nadřízených, arogance, podrážení nohou, dělají si s vámi co chtějí - časté střídáni pozic, či zaměstnanců. Moc peněz si nevyděláte. Zde lidský přístup nečekejte ani od zahraničních kolegů strašná nadřazenost. Kolegové nejsou o moc lepší jak nadřízení. Zde není žádná radost pracovat.

střídání prac. pozic, dobrá vybavenost výdejního skladu, dobrý přístup k ochranným pomůckám...
velká vzdálenost od bydliště, chování některých spolupracovníků

jestli má někdo o něco zájem, tak si domluví přijímací pohovor a prohlédne si pracoviště...
