Nejvíce spokojená jsem byla s kolektivem. Benefity žádné. Zkušenosti my to dalo takové, že si člověk nemůže nechat všechno líbit.
Vedení se vůbec nezajímá o to co zaměstnanci potřebuji nebo co jim vadí. Každému se může stát, že se mu přes noc udělá špatně, ale v tady tom ústavu, když to musím říct takhle, se tohle nerespektuje. I když zvracíš musíš do práce. Hrůza děs.

Byla jsem tam na DPP, bylo to flexibilni, dalo se dobre domluvit.
Jako brigada to bylo idealni, aby me lakalo tam nastoupit na stalo, musel by byt vyssi prijem a vetsi perspektiva dalsiho vzdelavani.
