Pravidelný měsíční příjem, tedy finanční jistota.
Daleké dojíždění do zaměstnání, na které zaměstnavatel nepřispíval (stálo mě to měsíčně cca 6000,-Kč)
Varied work
Protože je to vhodné především pro mladé, zdravé a nejlépe bezdětné lidi, kteří budou zapálení pro tuto práci a nebude jim vadit, že jinde by mohli mít třebavětší plat a lepší empatičtější vedoucí.

5 týdnů dovolené a 5 dní sickdays. Nejspíše jistota práce. Bez přesčasů.
Plat je udržovací, ne budovací. Nutnost VŠ vzdělání na podprůměrný plat, absolventa nenatchne.

S ničím.
Nemožnost kariérního postupu, pokud se uvažuje o kariérním postupu, tak musíte vedení lézt do zadní části těla Všechno je problém, vyměnit službu, studijní pobyt na jiném oddělení... Jednim slovem, nedoporučuji.

Cenila jsem si především jasností mých pracovních povinností. Věděla jsem, co mám udělat a pokud bylo splněno vše bylo v pořádku. Nevznikaly z této strany žádné pochybnosti. Kolegové a spolupracovníci byli skvělí a cítila jsem se na pracovišti příjemně. Prostě jsme si padli do noty.
