Firma jako takova je super. Zajimave benefity, super lidi.
Konkretne prace na supportu je pro opravdu odolne jedince. Ze zacatku je clovek nadseny, ale za nejakou dobu muze totalne vyhoret.

Mam plne flexibilni pracovni dobu s podporou zamestnavatele.
Jde o typicky korporatni firmu. Chce to flexibilnejsi pristup k procesum. Ackoliv je mi jasne, ze firmu takove velikosti nelze ridit jinak, nez byrokratuckymi procesy

Nejvice si cenim pristupu sveho (vzdaleneho) line managera a nasledne lokalnich kolegu, se kterymi denne spolurpacuji. Plus nova budova, pracovni prostredi a benefity jako sokrome fitness v praci jsou skvele.
Malicko slozita interni byrokracie pri pohledu od spodu, to by stalo za prehodnoceni.
