Nic, bohužel.
Přístup nadřízeného, slibují zvýšení platů, žádný kariérní růst. Žádné ocenění za dobrý výkon a dobrou práci, žádné prémie 😔 čekal jsem že se posunů výš.

Jen a pouze kolegové ti jediní mě bohužel v této práci drželi a bylo mi líto odcházet.
Při pohovoru slíbili navýšení platu po zkušební době. Ani já ani kolegové jsme se nedočkali a vedení to celé popřelo... Většina tam už nepracuje. Taky dali výpovědi...

- klasická vykládka, nakládka aut - nejste tolik ve stresu - v podstatě jednoduchá práce
- nedůvěřiví vedoucí, kolegové, člověk si musí dát pozor na to, s kým a o čem mluví - vedoucí jsou lidi přetáhnutí z jiné firmy a jen tak vás mezi sebe nepustí - špatná celková komunikace, v podstatě nevíte, co se ve firmě děje, slyšíte jen klepy a ve finále jsou ty klepy pravdivé
