Zajímavé benefity, rozmanitost práce, stabilní podnik s tradicí s jistotou výplaty.
V podniku není nic dotaženo do konce a věci se často jeví, že jsou šité horkou jehlou. Slovem "přidat" se zde myslí vždy jen práce, nikoliv zlaťák navíc. Ačkoliv je člověk neustále zahrnován větším a větším množstvím práce, je oceněn maximálně náhradním volnem.

Celé hodnocení mi připadá zcestné, protože je to už 20 let, co jsem v LOM pracoval. Nicméně práce na leteckých motorech je zajímavá asi pro většinu mužů

Slušnost, ochota pomoci v případě potřeby, poradenství (zaškolení), nebylo vše dané striktně (na 100%) - možnost domluvy.

Oceňuji milý přístup vedoucího, pomoc od kolegů vždy, když je zapotřebí a bohatý benefitní systém.
