Když to vezmu kolem a kolem,tak s některými zaměstnanci.
Měl by se změnit celkový pohled na hendikepované. Nebrat je jako lidské zdroje s dotacemi od státu.Mít k nim zasloužený respekt,vážit si jich.I oni mají právo na práci a ne si na ni jen hrát.Nejsme jen vrátné,uklízečky atd.

Přímý nadřízeny se choval velmi korektně a férově.
Centralistické vedení neumělo komunikovat a jasně zadávat úkoly. Jednání bylo vždy velmi komplikované a výsledek nejasný. I jednoduché problémy se řešily nekonečně dlouho a komplikovaně.
