Najednou stranu se tu nenadrete. Ale zase vedení je zakomplexovaný jede se tu na 2 strany výroba a managment a samozřejmě se zvýhodňující managment.Benefity docela ujdou ale taky to není žádná sláva.
Plat malý hrozny obědy to doslova to by nezralo ani prase.

Práce v konstrukci nebyla tak stresujucí a atmosféra byla celkem dost uvolněná když to teď porovnám s mou současnou prací v automotive. Kolek byl fajn a šév naprostý pohodář. Na THP pozici se i proplácely přesčasy, o čemž si teď můžu nechat jen zdát.
Nepoužíval se tam anglický jazyk v takové míře, abych se rozvíjel tak jak jsem si představoval. Co je ale dobré, že tam byla možnost kurzu angličtiny a před mým odchodem tam přijali i nějakého rodilého mluvčího, aby s ním lidé mohli mluvit a trénovat.

Mám od nich různé rekvalifikace a výborné jsou u nich odbory spoustu dotaci na dětské tábory a welness. Benefity sodexo.
