Dovolená pouze 4 týdny - zahraniční vlastník, který nechtěl přistoupit na delší. Malé benefity oproti jiným firmám. Nekorektní jednání ze strany vedení firmy. Raději dají zaměstnanci výpověď pro nadbytečnost a nenabídnou jinou volnou pozici.
