Jsem ráda za tuto zkušenost, protože teď dokáži ocenit jiné pracovní místa. Naučila jsem se něco nového, ale už to asi nevyužiji...

Příšerné platové podmínky, téměř žádné benefity, kolektiv, vedení, systém zaučování, všechno špatně. Místo aby si zaměstnanci pomáhali, házejí si klacky pod nohy, rivalita. Přístup byl takový, že kdo není spokojen, vezme se za něho jiná náhrada... Žádné porozumění a zájem něco řešit ze strany zaměstnavatele. Údajně to není práce na úkol, ale kdo je pomalejší (třeba někdo nový bez praxe), tak je po něm vyžadován čas jako po ostatních, kteří mají již několikaletou praxi a opět krácení mzdy...
