Společnost mi poskytuje prostor pro rozvoj, jak kariérní (podařilo se mi vypracovat s nejnižších pozic k vedení prodejny) tak osobní. Vždy se mnou bylo jednáno férově, můj nadřízený si vždy našel prostor poslechnout i negativní zpětnou vazbu a vždy jsem byl pozitivně motivován ke zlepšování své vlastní práce i svého týmu.
Někdy je vedení společnosti, případně kolegové na jiných odděleních "hluché" k výtkám k podpoře a spolupráci s mým oddělením. Například spolupráce prodejny s distribučními centry, komerčním oddělením nebo operační podporou prodejen, která nezřídka ignoruje či zpochybňuje podněty, které jdou "zdola"
