Příspěvky na penzijní připojištění, stravenkový paušál, o týden delší dovolená, lepší tarify u O2, nyní nově i káva z automatu za poloviční cenu.

Pořád je co zlepšovat, ale Albert se snaží být nejlepším zaměstnavatelem, takže v podstatě každý rok je něco lepšího.

Prostor pro karierní růst je v Albertu rozmanitý,dynamika, po celou dobou jsem měla a mám férové nadřízené,mohu dát jakoukoliv ZV pokud je k věci

Různorodost a šance na postupy. Firma nemá předsudky a nedělá rozdíly. Aktivně se podílí na zlepšování životního prostředí a zdravého stravování zákazníků i zaměstnanců.

Konkrétní věc není. Pokud něco "drhne", je to o konkrétních jedincích, ne o firmě jako celku
