Pro schopné lidi, se vždy najde uplatnění, práce je vcelku dobře ohodnocena, a dá se skloubit s osobním životem - vše je o domluvě.

U firmy oceňuji snahu udržet si stále zaměstnance a měnit benefity podle jejich názoru.
Chápu, že firma hledá finanční úspory, ale neměla by je dělat nejdříve na prodejnách a pak na centrále, úspora by šla udělat např. na HUB a HR podpoře.

Se svým vedením, a s kolektivem
Neustále nám berou hodiny na pokladnách, musíme omezit zamestnance, ale pak se nám tvoří fronty a to je taky špatně
